This Privacy Policy explains how Russell Financial LLC, doing business as ByldGo ("ByldGo," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our family of software applications and related websites (collectively, the "Services"), including FieldLog and other ByldGo apps we may offer now or in the future. Each ByldGo app maintains its own separate account system, but all apps are covered by this single Privacy Policy unless a specific app posts its own supplemental policy.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any ByldGo Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.

• Information you provide directly: account registration details (such as name, company name, email address, and password), payment and billing information (processed by our payment provider), content you create or upload within a Service (such as project data, logs, messages, photos, documents, or voice recordings), and information you provide when contacting support.
• Information collected automatically: device and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and timestamps), log data, and cookies or similar tracking technologies used to operate and improve the Services.
• Information from third parties: information from service providers that help us operate the Services (for example, authentication, hosting, analytics, and payment processing providers), and information shared with us by other users of a Service (for example, when one user invites or shares access with another).

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Create and manage accounts, process transactions, and provide customer support;
• Communicate with you, including sending administrative messages, updates, security alerts, and billing notices;

• With other users of a Service, as directed by you or your organization (for example, when a company administrator invites team members, subcontractors, or clients into a project, or shares reports with a project owner).
• With service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database storage, payment processing, email delivery, and customer support tools. These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide services to us.
• For legal reasons, if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of any person, address fraud or security issues, or comply with a governmental request.
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
• With your consent, or at your direction, for any other purpose.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods, including what happens to your data if a subscription lapses or is canceled, may vary by Service and will be described in that Service's Terms & Conditions or app-specific documentation.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete certain personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can typically manage or update your account information directly within the applicable Service. To make a request that you cannot complete yourself, contact us at hello@byldgo.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Our Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through additional notice (such as email or an in-app notification). Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or your use of the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration shall be administered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and conducted on an individual basis only — class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
